Accessibility statement for the HIBIKI website

Last updated: 9 October 2026

1. About this statement

This accessibility statement applies to the HIBIKI entertainment website at www.hibiki.co.uk.

HIBIKI, we, us and our mean HIBIKI ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED, company number 11462598, whose registered office is Unit 29 Highcroft Industrial Estate, Enterprise Road, Waterlooville, England, PO8 0BT.

We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and to keep improving the experience over time.

2. How accessible this website is

We have designed and built the website with accessibility in mind. In particular:

  • Images include text alternatives so screen readers can describe them.
  • Links, buttons, menus, tabs, the store selector and forms can be reached, focused and operated with a keyboard alone.
  • Headings follow a logical order (a single main heading, then sections and subsections) so pages are easy to skim.
  • Text and interface colours aim for at least a 4:1 contrast ratio for normal text and 3:1 for large text.
  • Form fields have visible, associated labels, and required fields are clearly marked.
  • The layout supports browser zoom and text resizing to at least 200% without loss of content or function.
  • Decorative animation is reduced or switched off when your device requests reduced motion.
  • Focus is always visible, and interactive elements provide accessible names.

3. Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 level AA. The non-compliances and limitations we are aware of are listed below.

We treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a one-off task. Where we find an issue, or where it is reported to us, we aim to fix it in a future update.

4. Known limitations

  • Third-party embeds. Some content is provided by third parties we do not control, such as the playtest form and the support chat widget. We cannot fully guarantee the accessibility of third-party content, but we choose providers carefully and will raise issues with them where we can.
  • Downloadable documents. Some downloadable or printable documents may not be fully accessible. If you need a document in a different format, contact us and we will do our best to help.
  • Video and audio. Where we publish pre-recorded video with meaningful audio, we aim to provide captions and, where useful, transcripts. If you find media that lacks captions or a transcript, tell us and we will address it.
  • Complex interactive components. A small number of richer components, such as the project carousel and the store selector, are built to be keyboard operable, but we continue to review them against the guidelines.

5. What to do if you cannot access parts of this website

If you need information from this website in a different format, such as large print, easy read, audio or braille, please contact us. Tell us the page or content you need and the format that would help.

You can reach us by email at support@hibiki.co.uk or through our contact page.

6. Reporting accessibility problems

We are always looking to improve the accessibility of this website. If you find a problem that is not listed on this page, or you think we are not meeting accessibility requirements, please contact us.

To help us respond quickly, please include the page address, a short description of the problem, the device and browser or assistive technology you were using, and what you expected to happen. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports promptly and to keep you updated on any fix.

7. Enforcement procedure

We are committed to making our website accessible, in line with our responsibilities under the Equality Act 2010. If you are not happy with how we respond to an accessibility problem you have raised, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS), which advises on rights and duties under the Equality Act 2010.

Contact details for the EASS are available on its website and may change over time.

This statement was prepared on 9 October 2026. It was last reviewed on 9 October 2026. We review it when we make significant changes to the website.
